Domaine-Pack.fr has been selected finalist among many websites in France for a special contest to showcase the best Internet experiences within the .fr domain names called “The French Reconnection”.
Last September 2nd 2011, the .fr TLD turned 25 and AFNIC its Registry operator commemorates its launch with a contest and a gala event at the Eiffel Tower.
The 25th anniversary of the .fr namespace features a contest to showcase the best Internet experiences within the .fr domain names. The candidates, both professional and private, compete in several categories: “Design & Creativity”, “Interaction & Navigation”, “Content & Editing” and the last but not least “Technology & Innovation” where Domaine-Pack.fr is one of the 3 finalists.
“A night at the .fr”, a special gala evening where the French Internet community will gather to officially celebrate the 25th anniversary of the .fr TLD, will be held on October 11th at the first floor of the Eiffel Tower. There will be an award ceremony for the winners of the contest, at which more than 300 guests are expected.
